That is a good idea, I did not think about Egg beaters.
I took eggs out for a couple of days and felt alright, Then I put it back in and started to feel bad again.
There is a couple of things that I felt, gas like heartburn. It was kinda in the pit of my stomach and felt really gaseous. I think I will do the following
1) Eat only egg whites
2 Then eat egg beaters
I will see what happens. but is the problem occuring because of the egg proteins which are found mostly in the egg whites or is it a substance in the yolk.
