Hi everyone,

Hope you are well. I'm new to this board. Have a question about IBS. Sometimes I experience pain in the left side of my stomach (not the upper part but about 3 inches to the left from the belly button). It's particularly strong during autumn months. I don't have constipation or diarrhea alternations. Is it possible that I still have IBS? Many people seem to describe diarrhea/constipation as a common symptom, so I'm in doubt. Thanks for any help.
