I would assume that with most allergies there are levels of sensitivity.
But when does gluten become active. Secondly, I am trying to find out information on a gluten challenge, Does anybody have any information about what is involved in such a challenge

There is a blood test that a doctor can perform to see if you have this allergy. Several different types of antibodies are associated with celiac disease(gluten allergy) but the most specific is called 'anti-endomysial' antibody. If this is present in the blood, then you are very likely to have celiac disease.

However, an endoscopy test - with a biopsy of the small bowel lining - is required for a definite diagnosis to be made.

There is a second Antigen that also tracks celicc.
If you remove it from your diet, normally it will clear and the GI tract will start to repair itself.
How long do you need to have it in your system before it shows up.
