hey harry, i was just wondering, i asked you before about why i let out stools in pebbles and you told me that its because i havnt been drinking enough water with my metamucil, well for the past week i have been taking it with 18 ounces of water and i still have the problem. I got really backed up today so i used a glycerin depository and it got everything out. I noticed the first stools were in pebbles and then the next were two large stools like a snickers bar. I was wondering if they come out as pebbles because they stay in me too long, and i was wondering if you have any suggestions or info you can give me, thanks man
