Mucus and pain
Does anyone have the following symptoms:-

orange colored clear mucus

Pain just below and to the side of the right ribs, which has moved from the low part of my right abdomen

Sounds like you need to check out your gall bladder.
Before I had mine out I had yellow-orange diarrhea from malabsorption and pain in my upper right side. Also terrible gas and foul smelling stool and food intolerance. All my tests were basically negative. It doesn't always show up on a test. I found a surgeon to take out the gall bladder anyway. I feel great!
