Apparently, limiting refined sugars and carbos...such as white bread, white flour, and sugars can really control IBS. I'm thinking of giving it a try in the New Year. I will post to see if there is any miracle in this working.
You know I really think that diet has alot to do with IBS because that controls the fiber that you eat which is directly related to how your GI tract works. Your GI tract can only work with adequate FIBER. So, giving up refined carbohydrates that have very little fiber is a very good idea.I wish you well!!!
