abdominal sharp pains
Hi! Need help!

I have been diagnosed with IBS, and every 6 months, I seem to get this painful sharp abdominal pain, which I can't tell where it starts. It seems to start inside my vagina, but I think it is in my lower track. But does anyone else get this? Because I'd really like some assurance. I also find myself living in fear because you can't tell when it's about to happen, and it is extremely painful

I have mild IBS. Today I experienced the same thing you have been feeling. I got a sharp pain way down low, almost felt like my vagina. I got very scared thinking I developed endometriosis! I think it's just muscle contractions around your lower bowels. The pain gradually went away, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I heard Dicetel is really good for relaxing that muscle. It's all part of the IBS business!

I'd get the same thing and I'd even get heavy vaginal bleeding with dark-clots.

I have fibromyalgia including IBS.

But there's hope for y'all.

I recently discovered that Bing cherries, cherry yogurt, or juice from black cherry concentrate heals this like nothing else can.
