Once you open your bowels and get rid of the backed up toxins and feces, then your weight will decrease.
The way you gain fat is by constantly taking in more energy from the food you eat than the energy you expend through daily exercise. This is over quite a long time period though and is why, as people get older they tend to develop 'middle aged spread'. This is because peoples metabolic rates can decrease with age and they carrying on eating the same amount of food in their 40's as they did in their 20's and then wonder why they put on weight.
Basically, if you want to lose fat, then eat more at the beginning and middle of the day rather than the end of the day and eat less and exercise more.
Once you open your bowels though, you should be ok.
