There's a new kind on the market, called Benefiber, made of %100 guar gum. I was wondering if anyone has used it and thought it was worthwhile to try out. My roommate is using it, and she has D type. Says it's made her more regular. I have C type and was wondering if anyone else has used it and if it has helped them have more frequent bm's. Thanks!
You should definitly give it a try. I use it for constipation and it seems to work well and it does not make me gassy like metamucil. It is also very convenient as you can mix it with soft foods or liquid. I used it everyday and it was making my bm's too soft so I will try using it every other day.
