Re: Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Yes, I take Acidophilis caps on a regular basis and this really helps my stomach. I have also had colonic irrigation and found that this really helped my stomach also. I used to have predominantly diarrhea though, but it can be useful for both.

It is not uncomfortable at all to have it done, it just takes a little getting used to. Whilst you have the water in your bowel the practitioner will massage your belly to help clear things to get a good release. I had a lot of backed up mucus and after the procedure felt a lot better in myself generally as well as my belly. Had to sit on the toilet for about 20 mins post procedure as there was still stuff coming out, but afterwards I felt great.

Good luck

Sarah
