| Diverticula can cause pain?
From the various tests I have had over my lifetime (scopes, barium enemas, etc.) I know that I have diverticula present; which I understand is a condition called diverticulosis. SO... can THOSE cause pain, even though they are not infected? My pain is in the lower left side, mostly in the back, though, some in front. No fever. Eases with use of Metamucil. I felt it was only my hemorrhoids; AGAIN; but now I am wondering if it can be the diverticula. Can someone please advise? Thanks very much.
