Need help digesting fructose

Does Beano or Lactaid or a digestive enzyme help with the digestion of Fructose?

Re: Need help digesting fructose

Hi J
As you know fructose is the sugar produced by Fruit. Beano is to help eliminate gas after eating beans and lactase or Lactaid is to help digest milk sugar --lactose. Enzymes that contain amylase help digest carbohydrates and there are other enzymes that also help.
