Really weird "burning" feeling lower abdomen

I have never experienced this before....
I have this really strange hot sensation in my lower abdomen.
I hate to say "burning" because it is not really painful as much
as I am just aware of it.
The inside of my lower abdomen feels very hot, like from the inside.
I feel it whether sitting, standing....walking does not bother me.
Although I do have ibs, I have no other symptoms at the moment.
Thought it could be muscular as I have been painting, but I wouldn't think
it would bother me sitting still.
Wondering if I need to see a dr. or just wait it out....

Re: Really weird "burning" feeling lower abdomen

Hi you should see a doctor just to make sure it is not a ulcer, as with ulcers you can get a burning pain too. how long have you had it for?

Re: Really weird "burning" feeling lower abdomen

Had it for about 3 days now. I do not have any pain.
I am going to mild out my diet a bit and see if it helps. If
not, I guess I'll go see a dr.
Just wondering if anyone else ever experienced these
hot sensations.

Re: Really weird "burning" feeling lower abdomen

Yeah i usually have them, but i have a ulcer so thats why i suggested going docs, but also have hiatus hernia too which you can have thos ehot sensations with that too. Yeah maybe change your diet cut out things like coffees drink herbal teas like chammomile tea which is good for the digestive tract too.try changes but if it still is there then you really should go docs and then they can treat you properly and you wont have to deal with this misery of it :-) good luck
