IBS, Bloat and weight gain
Hi All! I am 30, have had IBS, Gastritis, Hiatal Hernia, gastric ulcers and a hysterectomy all in 3 months. I swear I have had IBS since childhood but..... I had emergency surgery last year and all of this was found.

I now suffer, IBS, gastritis and sever bloating with weight gain. Anyone else experiencing the same? I went from 125 last year before surgery to 140 now....Nothing fits, I work out 3-4 times a day and eat decent and trying to cut out all sugars.

I am going to try Align and I have medicene I take when I have real bad cramping but thats it.
Endo and Colonoscopy showed IBS and gastrisit thats it... Im miserable...any help ???

Have you tried eliminating foods from your diet? I'm lactose intolerant and need to avoid all diary.

Hi and thanks for replying, I limit my intake but I am not lactose intolerant so I think. I dont drink milk at all, but now you mention it maybe that is part of it.
