EDIT: I've tried taking GAS-X & Donnatol during these episodes and they have zero effect. Very bizarre.
If you're getting so tired that you're unable to pass even diarrhea then you most likely dehydrated. This product is usually used in babies and children with diarrhea but I have heard nurses recommend it to my home care clients that have diarrhea. It helps keep you get hydrated and puts back the electrolytes in your body. You should really keep a food and bowel movement diary for two weeks to see what foods are causing the diarrhea problem. Milk and dairy products, acidic, spicy, gassy, deep fat fried foods, and high fat content meals are usually the biggest culprits of explosive diarrhea and severe abdominal cramps before and after bowel movements, lots of gas,and sometimes bloating.
