IBS: could this be the reason why it's a struggle to lose belly fat?
I'm a 28 year old female and often I experience abdominal pain, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. Are these symptoms of IBS and could this be a result of me struggle to loose weight, especially around my abdomen? Please help!!!
