I have been "diagnosed" with IBS, but the most problematic symptom I have is "brain fog" - feeling mentally tired, or slow, after eating. I feel normal before my first meal, and the longer I don't eat the more clear-headed I am, but once I eat and start digesting the food I slow down mentally, feel less able to focus, and kind of "dumb".
"IBS" symptoms are bloating and having to go to the restroom on average 2x a day, with constipation or loose stools.
If anyone has any experience or knowledge about this "brain fog", please post. Thanks
