I have a very sensitive stomach i have ibs,reflux and gastritis
my ibs sometimes alternate from loose to constipation so i really need something that puts me in the middle and makes me regular
so im looking for a fiber supplement i can take that wont cause me any harm
ive tried psyllium my problem with that mostly is that it makes me feel too full and stays that way for awhile so its then hard for me to eat which is not good
i was on benefiber for awhile but my problem with that is now its hard to come by i found an alternative brand for the powder but the thing is i really would like a non powdered product cause i cant bring the powder with me outside i dont know how to bring it to a friends house,to a restaurant etc..
so thats where im at so i need something that will regulate me without making matters worse either way and i would prefer non powdered version
any help would be greatly appreciated
