as you know, I don't know much about litho, but I did a little search on the net, and I found this in a site that explains the procedure and the effects that might follow:
"As with any medical procedure, ESWL has side effects which are sometimes important. Most patients will see blood in their urine for a time. This is normal as the stone particles pass. Discomfort, fever or nausea may occur as the stone pieces pass."
I also read that some gravel can take quite a long time before it passes. This means that you shouldn't feel surprised or worried if you, for instance, are totally alright for a month and then all of the sudden experience some discomfort for a few days.
I would call your doctor, anyway. Just to put your anxiety at ease, not because your symptoms call for it
