Hello Everyone,

Has anyone on the board ever take peridium?? I am not sure if I am spelling it correctly!

I am assuming that no one has probably heard of this. I am not sure if I have the correct name of this medicine. My uro gynecologist told me that they can wright me a prescription for this or I can buy it over the counter. This is supposed to help with frequent urination.

Do you mean Pyridine? My Dr gave this to me when I had a bladder infection.

It is used as an analgesic for the lower urinary tract. I have had it prescribed in conjuction w/ antibiotics and pain killers for U.T.I and kidney infections. It turns the urine an orange color.

Thanks so much for replying. Does it actually work? My doctor wants to prescribe it for me.
