I woke up last week with some lower back and side pain.. didn't think much about it. well, now it has moved to the middle of my back. When I went to get up out of a chair I felt pain in the middle of my back on the left side, it kind of feels like a pulled muscle.. I have felt a little nausea, very little. I was wondering if someone could tell me what it feels like when you have kidneeey stones....Thanks.

Yes,you are right....side and lower back pain is one symptom of kidney stone. Unfortunately, there are many organs around there, especially for woman, also it could be only muscle problem. Only X-ray/CT Scan examination could reveal what your problem.

Please go to the doctor to diagnose your problem.
