Hey Nicky. Not seeing my Dr until Monday but it isn't a stone after all. The pain became more constant and now appears to be in my descending colon. There are not many good outcomes for that. Would rather have had the stone. Painful but you don't die from those.
My brother in law has had a few stones and has been to Emergency several times. The pain is quite significant for many and the drug of choice is morphine. Not to scare you as I know many people pass them at home with limited discomfort, but if it does get bad, that is not too unusual and shouldn't worry you. Different people have different sizes of plumbing.
