Blood pressure drop during dialysis

I have asked many questions on this forum and I have gotten quite a few answers.I think I have asked this question before.Does anyone who is in dialysis or has information about dialysis know why the blood pressure drops during treatment. My husband's drops almost every treatment and they usually have to give him fluids to get it back up.They manage to do this and give him his full treatment most of the time.At least until today. They were unable to get his pressure up and had to give him oxygen. Then they sent him to the ER where they ran a bunch of tests but were unable to find out anything.Could this be a sign that things are getting worse?Any info would be helpful.
