Another Stent Question - Kidney Disorders Message Board

Well I went back for my 2 wk checkup after litho and there were still some stones that haven't passed so he told me to give it another 2 wks. For the past two weeks I had been feeling a lot better. Now, all of the sudden, my back is having sharp pains again and I feel like I have to pee all the time no matter what I do. Is it normal for the pain and symptoms from stent/kidney stones to come and go or should I go back to the dr early? I am so frustrated I thought I was finally getting better!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!

If the pain just came on, you may have moved or slept wrong on the side with the stent. Unless you notice that you can not pee, I would wait a few hours and see if it subsides. If you notice blood or fever, though call right away.
