Glomerural filtration rate 89

Can anyone tell me what this means????

Urinanalyses protein 0.3 A (0.0-0.2)
Urinanalyses blood 1+ A
Urinanalyses Leukocytes 3+ A

I hope you can help.

I don't know what the filtration rate means, my guess would be how well your kidney is functioning? But I do know that the rest of it means you must have an infection.
