What to expect at first nephrologist apointment?

Tomorrow is the day. It seems like such a serious doctor, got a bunch of stuff to fill out in the mail and they kept calling to make sure i have my medical records and what have you.

I am going cause after a urine analysis my metanephrine +nor, rand.U level is 495. says normal range is 16-327. First of all any idea what could cause this? I was extremely nervous when getting the test done, and i'm no doctor but personally think me being nervous cause my body to go into the fight or flight syndrome and thats why that level was so high. What makes no sense though is it was my only urine test my doctor did ( would think they would want to check it again and see if the level was still high, but nope! sent off to a nephrologist instead)

I'm also on a beta blocker for high BP spikes ( due to anxiety) i have been to a cardiologist and my heart is fine. He also did a renal sonogram which was after my urine test results got back) and he said my kidneys are perfect!

So how can something be wrong with them? and what tests can the nephrologist even do? A 24 hour urine catch? I'm really nervous since i never been to one. Thanks for any info!

edit: also, when they say make sure you have your medical records, do they just mean the piece of paper that has my urine analysis results? or do they mean to get all my medical records from all my doctors?!?! lol hope not.
