You really need to see your doctor on this, there can be many reasons. Force your self to drink water like crazy every day. And then you may see a difference in pain. Water is the key to life.

Definately report this to your doctor. This is something you cant afford to "wait and see". Particularly since it is repeating itself.

First are you sure its your kidney? a lot of times abdominal pain is not necessarily the kidney. Do you feel it in your back as well as in the front? the kidney is mainly in the back. If so, how bad is the pain? if its EXCRUCIATING, on the ground crying cant move pain then its most likely a kidney stone. If the pain isnt THAT bad it might still be a stone but a small one. it could also be a cyst. kidneys are imortant so you need to get a cat scan. im 20 and ive had kidney stones 4 times now starting when i was 16. WATER WATER WATER
