I have kidney pain on both sides. What to do?

It's actually uncommon to have kidney pain. The main causes are kidney stones or infection. Rarely, cysts can do it too. Most often, however, it's back pain. You should see your doctor, a couple simple tests can clarify it.

First off see your doctor. But what you can do right now is drink water, and plenty of it to see if that takes the pain away. good luck
