honestly? it means it is very normal looking. i hate it when they use the term 'grossly' normal. it just makes you think that something is really wrong when it actually just means everything looks fine,believe it or not. was there a reason for what i am assuming was at least and ultrasound being done where this term showed up in a report? are your kidney labs all within the normal ranges. as well as any UA results they did to check for among other things,any protien in your urine? from this description,your kindeys are 'grossly fine'. so don't worry about that term,K?
