| problem w/ urine?
After having an abdominal ultrasound, in which it was discovered I had "shrunken kidneys" I've been much more observant of the urine I pass. For the last several months, I've noticed that about 70% of the time, my urine does not mix with the toilet water, but (mostly) settles to the bottom or (sometimes) is "streaky" in the water. I had a blood test after the ultrasound, and only my creatinine level was slightly elevated; BUN and BUN/cr ratio were well within normal range. My dr. said not to worry - shrunken kidneys were probably result of mono last summer. Any thoughts?
