i have been having utis for about 6 years they come with high fevers 104 usually, lots of vomiting and blood in my urine. i had them when i was pregnant and after they found a few stones and flushed them out. for about a month maybe two ive been feeling ok. there was a mass on my x ray they did before my cystoscopy that they thought was blocking the smaller stones from passing but after the dr told me that there was no huge stone there and nothing more about the mass, since a week ago ive been getting night sweats, back pain and abdominal pain that wraps around my waist and up my back, sharp pains near my apendix, nausea vomiting occasionally, near fainting spells, and random sweats when i nearly faint my eye sight goes black during this time that lasts about 5-10 mins im wondering what else the mass could be and if i should go make my dr investigate this problem. also ive had 2 c-sections one 4 years ago and one about 8 months ago. ive had x rays after the first one and there was no huge mass, after the second one theres a mass i also had a few ultra sounds during my pregnancy 8 months ago of my kidneys cuz i got so sick i almost lost my child many times like before my cystoscopy ive had a uti every week-two weeks my whole life for 6 years.
