Creatinine is not necessarily something you can lower. It is a byproduct of muscle metabolism, not something you ingest like potassium or sodium. You say you have had a liver transplant. Are you on prograf (aka tacrolimus)? It can raise creatinine also. Your level is not that high. Have you had overall kidney function tests done? What does your doctor say. The level is not that far out of range at this point. Has the level been changing? Sorry I'm asking all these questions, but it is not something you can do easily. Try not to worry too much. Make sure you keep hydrated. This is important for you kidneys.
