pelvic fluid

I have pain in my back on the right hand side above my hip bone and below my ribs. It comes and goes but is not a "drop dead" pain but very bothersome. I had an ultrasound and found out I had gall stones. I had my gallbladder removed but the pain is still there. I had a CT scan and was told my pain was not due to kidney stones. They did find fluid in the pelvic area behind the uterus but in front of the colon? I have blood in my urine. Now they are suggesting an ultra sound of the pelvic area. Does any one know what the problem may be? Help!
