I noticed you are a female, and I wondered how often do you know that this happens? Some womn around the time of ovulation have discharge or cervical mucus that is white and stringy or clear and stringy and sometimes you will notice in your urine. Also the same thing can happen with semen.
I will say that I have had a pretty bad uti that turned into a kidney infection and I did have something like that in my urine. That time though I was also having horrible back pain, blood in my urine, and sings of an infection.
