Pulled Muscle or Kidney Stone?

Hi All:
A few days ago I started to feel some pain on my left side, I guess around the kidney area. I know for a fact that i have a large stone in the left kidney. I just had a sonogram about 4 weeks ago and it was still there. The pain does not hurt if i am sitting or laying still. it only hurts when I move. How do I know if my stone suddenly moved (which it has not done in years) or it is a muscle pull. I don't have any other typical kidney symptoms. Maybe a little nausea, but I get that anyway due to other issues. I do have back problems though. But this is a different pain then I usually have due to the back issues. If anybody has any input I would appreciate it. Thanks. LaLa
