Lab results ? Protein in Urine - Confused

My latest labs from my kidney doc are as follows:
Urine creat 6.7
Urine Total Protein 10.8 Normal 1 to 14
Ur TP/CR Ratio 1.6 High- Normal below 0.15

The office called and said the protein in the urine is high.
The MD wants a 24 hour urine this weekend with all the usual things that are ordered plus immunoelectrophoresis of the 24 hour urine.
If the total protein in the urine appears in the normal range, how is the TP/CR ratio high? How high is 1.6 and what does this mean?
What will the immunoelectrophoresis show?

I have been seen for a number of years for kidney stones twice and hydronephrosis twice at different times from the kidney stones. This is the first occurance of protein in the urine.
I do have autoimmune celiac disease, autoimmune hashimoto's disease (thyroid), autoimmune adrenal insufficiency, autoimmune thrombocytopenia (low platelets), osteoporosis (probably autimmune0 which has become worse this year resulting in risk for spinal fracture of the lower spine. I also have asthma and allergies.

I am on hydrocortisone total of 30mg a day and fludrocortisone total of 1.5mg a day, levoxyl 75mcg, meds for asthma and allergies plus some supplements ordered by another physician for celiac and potassium KlorConKCL 10meq twice daily due to the fludrocortisone. I have been on the same medications for years and my labs usually come out about the same every time.

Thanks to anyone who can help with the questions about the labs.
