hydronephrosis as part of a genetic disorder?

(please excuse misspelling - not a native English speaker)

Dear all -
I am 28 YO, born with polydactyly (left hand only) and hydronephrosis (mild, right kidney). a year an a half ago, I developed high blood pressure - and my doctors are still trying to figure our the reason. ekg was normal, so was heart echo, pelvic US - hydronephrosis is stable and no abstractions are found. my doctors are now suspecting different endocrinial syndroms such as 21 hydroxilase deficiency or 17-b hydroxilase deficiency. I am in the midst of going through many tests - which might take a few months. I was diagnosed with a mild case of polycistic ovaries 6 months ago.

a week ago - I underwent a minor surgery to remove an late-diagnosed partially impefrorated Hymen - and during surgery - a septated vagina was discovered. it is holiday here so I have to wait a few weeks for a gyno appointment and supplemental tests and ultrasounds.

I have had ovarian and uteres US done before (extarnally) and no anomalies were found.

does anyone of you, good people, have an idea for a syndrom and/or combination of syndroms which may cause this.

Many thanks in advance,...

Atalya (from Israel).

Wow, you have a lot going on. Sorry, but I don't know of anything that can connect all those things. I hope someone is able to give you some good info.

Best of luck.
