Hello, about 2-3 wks ago I went to the ER for sever pain from my lower back and abdomen area on my right side. I was diagnosed with severe atrophy and scarring of the right kidney with cortical thinning and there is a dilated right ureter which is dilated to the level of the UV junction. Then I went back to the ER in severe pain again and was found that I have a complex cyst in the right ovary that is most likely hemorrhagic cyst (which means it ruptured). So I was told to follow-up with a Urologist and my last visit with him was a little odd. He said that my ct. scans looked great and my if I was worried about my kidneys that they were fine. Now I started to wonder if he was reading the same results I had. Now he sayd he wants to follow-up with me in 4 weeks! Anthing can happen in 4 weeks so I'm a little worried. I thought we were goinf to discuss treatment but as of right now he says nothings wrong. So what should I do???What excactly does my conditon mean and how is this goind to affect me. Im already in pain all the time what else can I expect from this....can anyone help!
