Abdomen

My mother took an ultra sound and the results are:

IMP:
Gaseous bowel
Inhomogenous liver parenchyma
Bilateral renal parenchymal disease. No hydronephrosis seen.
Distended CBD - 0.8cm
Normal sonographic finding of the gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and urinary bladder.

I am kind of confuse and would like help to understand what all of this means.
