Unhappy Help :)

Hi, I am currently getting over myo-pericarditis,
I am feeling constantly tired,
I have been getting muscle weakness, and chronic dizzyness,
nausea,
lost over 11Kg in 6 weeks,
depression,
heart palpitations (myo-pericarditis)
aswell as general decline in fitness, energy and consistent shortness of breath. I have been tested for most things, including Addisons etc...

My GFR is 83 and I'm only 19 years old,
what does this mean, and should I flag it up with the doctors?

Thanks
