Hi. Are you sure you have your measurements correct? 6.2cm is 2 inches in diameter - and that's a stone far too large to pass through the ureter or urethra and would need to be broken up or removed surgically. Are you sure you don't mean 6.2mm? - much, much smaller.
If so, yes, lots of fluids will keep pushing the stone down through the ureter, and Flomax is very helpful in opening up the plumbing, so to speak. Just passed one myself using the same technique.
