Kidney stone

Was in Er on Monday sept 24 th to find out i have a 2mm kidney stone in lower something of kidney.
Very very painful feels like being hit in right kidney with a steel pipe, also back pain, stomack cramps, nasua and headache. problems urinating ugency to go.
Doc sent me on my way and said that this kidney stone was not causing my problems cause it was stationary and should not move. What?
sent me home with ib profen which doesnt do jack and put me on a low fiber diet. Cause of adominal pain was uncertain (possible gastro intestinal). had a follow up 2 days later with a docter who said stone is causing all my problems, all he would say is you have pain pills just drink lots of water.
1 week later no change, it hit me so hard last night i thought i was going to black out.
Is this normal ? I want this stone out it hurts like HELL!!
