| Stage 3 Kidney Disease
Hi, I'm new to the board & this is my first post. Recently diagnosis with CKD3. I'm 62 yrs old. My kidney function has improved but my total protein is to the moon. I just completed a 24 hr urine test, Protein total 95.5 & Protein , 24hr calculated 2865.0. My nephrologist can't figure out what is causing the high protein. I also have a nodule on my adrenal gland, I've had a dopplar scan, cat scan & MRI recently & still unsure if it's benign or malignant. He is sending me to a specialist at Johns Hopkins to take & get some answers. I'm alittle on the scared side. Just trying to be positive & do the right things for my health. I've lost weight, cut down on sodium & protein but those numbers keep on raising. Doctor just called more lab work & another 24 hr urine test.
