Your best resource is firstly your renal dietitian because what and how much you can eat will depend on your bloodwork, and he/she will have that.
I checked out an online bookstore and simply put in "renal diet" into the search field. It came out with many good cookbooks. While I was on dialysis I found that Corinne Netzer's Complete Book of Food Counts helped me tremendously in learning what was in my food. It also includes take out and restaurant foods.
