| I need advice on a bladder issue
Hi. For the last year my urine has a really string smell. I sweat a lot, i live in Florida, so i am constantly drinking water. I teach in labs a lot so I cannot bring in fluids. I do try to consume a lot of water but my urine still smells.
I have been to my doctor whi says my urine is fine- no blood, infection, etc.
I do get a pain in the lower abdomen that feels like menstrual cramps but is not. Other than that, i have no pain other that the urine which I have looked at many times, still has an odor.
My doctor recently told me I have an abnormal pap smear, stage 2-3, and recently i found out my grandmother died of uremia at 32. I am now 43.
I will get the urge to urinate but I need to bear down hard in order to empty my bladder although it is not generally full at the time.
I am not sure what to do. Doctor states I need a colposcopy because 2 of my pap smears have come back abnormal.
I have never had children either, made no changes in diet or vitamins. I have had malaria 3 times so I don't know what is going on
Please advise!!!!
