 HELP! Saw blood in my urine after pain??
I am feeling very firghtened right now because I had to go to the doctor yesterday with terrible pain in my right side. I thought it may be a UTI (which I have not had in over 30 years), because it felt like I had to go to bathroom but not much would trickle out.
The pain became so bad that I had to go to doctor. When I was waiting for the doctor to come in my suddenly had to throw up and ran over to the bowl to do so. Up cam some clear liquid, and after I sat down the PAIN WAS COMPLETELY GONE!
When doctor examined me we both shook our heads at how suddenly the pain stopped. I could not believe it---however he sent me to lab to doa urine test and to my shock my urine was rust colored! I have never had blood in my urine in my life. This really scared me.
I went home and drank a large bottle of water and when I wen to the bathroom my urine was back to normal. Not a trace of blood and it was pale yellow as always. The pain was gone and has not returned.
Does anyone know what could have happened?
Terrified of it being something really bad. Any help or experience with this issue would be appreciated.
