| hypoechoic lymphnodes
there are few enlarged hypoechoic lymphnodes with
loss of ecntral hilum seen at right iliac region,
one lymphnode measure 1.9 x 0.7cm (TSXAP)likely
inflammatory/infective.Liver.Gallblader,pancread,
Spleen,Kidneys and Urinary bladder apparently normal.
No definite sonographic evdence of appendicitis noted at
present.No evidence of mass and ascites was seen,
clinical labs correlation would be suggested for further assessment.
