Up until last November, my kidney results have been somewhat normal. I do not have any drop in serum albumin, globulin, and my creatinine and BUN have been well within normal, albeit slightly elavated from a year ago. However, I am still having terrible urinating issues, and now, my fingernails are giving me tell-tale signs, especially on the top corners with dark spots. I read up on this and I have learned that some with kidney disease might have this nailbed indicator. I am also suffering considerable, daily fatigue, considerable thirst. It is possible that this might be ongoing Diabetes Insipidis, or a lack of ADH that signals the kidneys to preserve water from filtered blood. I am being treated for hypothyroidism.
I'm sorry Deanne, I'm clueless right now. I hope you get some good feedback. I never did have nail issues while my kidneys failing, so that may be another issue. Have you had your hemoglobin checked? Kidney disease can cause anemia and this may cause your fatigue.

My last CBC and CMP were well within normal for RBC and Hemoglobin, with the latter being in the upper half of the range. I am still chelating out mercury and lead from my body, now almost a year.
