Im 28, father of three young children. I have had pain in my kidney area for the past month, bubbles in my urine and very fatigue. One month ago i went to the ER with a bloodpressure reading of 212/100 my pulse was very high too in the 100s. While i was there my blood pressure dropped back down to the 140s without medication. All test came back clean and clear. I followed up with a doctor visit 2 days later. My blood pressure was 155/100 at the visit. I was prescribed propranolol. I monitored my blood pressure for a week. All week it was in the 160s to 170s. Another visit monday i was switched to carvedilol. A few days later it jumped to 181/106 and would not got down. That monday lisinopril was added to my daily medication. The bubbles in my urine has now turned to foam. And my kidney pain has not subsided and my blood pressure stays from 140s to 160s on both medications. I have had my urine tested twice, Blood work for thyroid, EKG. I have been having chest pains in and around my ribs as well. I believe i can feel a swollen rib(costochondritis?). All my symptoms include.High blood pressure, kideny pain and discomfort , foamy urine, frequent urinarination, intestinal discomfort (foul gas and excessive gas, chest pain in and around heart, fatigue and knotting in the back of my left thigh. Im lost and my doctor as well. Any ideas?
