Welcome! I had bilateral THP almost 12 weeks ago. I have also been able to return to many of my exercise routines except running. I am riding my mountain bike, kayaking, hiking, pool running, weight training, ect. I do a fair amount of stretching during my workouts. What you will be able to do has a lot to do with the type of surgery you had. I had posterior, MIS so there are some yoga poses that I will never be able to do again, but they are different from those for anterior approach.
I think as long as you stretch slowly and back off right away if you have any real pain, you should be ok. But it may be best to do a quick check with your surgeon or PT.
